Hoaly

Terms

Who runs Hoaly

Hoaly is a service of Frangoules Enterprises. Associations use it to share records with their owners and run the board's work.

Your association's records

Each association owns its records. Boards are responsible for what they post and certify. Hoaly shows records as the board keeps them and is not the association's manager, lawyer or accountant.

Answers and plans are guides

Ask the documents, reserve plans and summaries point to the source so you can check it. The recorded governing documents and the board have the final word. Nothing in Hoaly is legal or financial advice.

Payments

Dues and packet payments go through Stripe to the association's own account. Hoaly never holds association money, except packet fees collected before an association connects its account, which Hoaly pays out to it.

Packets

Packet figures come from the association's records and are certified by the board. Hoaly is not liable for figures the board certifies.

Fair use

Use Hoaly for your association's business. Do not post anything unlawful, harass neighbors, or try to see records you are not allowed to see.

Changes

We may update these terms; we post the date at the bottom and tell boards about material changes.
