Hoaly

Privacy and who sees what

Hoaly is run by Frangoules Enterprises. We built it so owners can see how their association works without giving up their own privacy. Here is exactly who can see what.

WhoCan seeCannot see
The publicAn association's public page: name, area, governing document titles, exterior colors, public contacts.Never: owners, balances, unit cards, messages, votes.
Owners of that associationThe hub: budget, decisions, minutes, rules, repairs, meetings, board contacts the board chooses to share.Other owners' balances, unit cards, messages, notices or ballots.
YouYour units, balance, payments, unit card, messages to the board, notices about your home, your votes.
The board and managerEverything owners see, plus unit cards, owner contact info, messages, notices, board votes, packet orders.Your password or Face ID. Hoaly never stores either in a readable form.
Building staffThe jobs and packages assigned to them through their staff link.Money, owner contact info beyond the job, messages to the board.
Agents, title and lendersOnly the packet they ordered, through a private link that expires after 120 days.Anything else.
What we collect

Your email, and any name, phone, unit and unit card details you or your board add. Records your association keeps in Hoaly: budgets, decisions, repairs, meetings, votes, notices. Payment records. We do not store card or bank numbers; Stripe handles those.

How we use it

Only to run your association's hub: sign you in, send the emails and alerts you or your board set up, and keep the records. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.

Who we share it with

The companies that run Hoaly for us: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Your choices

Edit your name, phone and unit card any time. Turn alerts off on the device. To remove your account, write to privacy@hoaly.app; association records such as votes and payments stay with the association as its legal records.

Security

Face ID passkeys and hashed passwords, a one-time code for new devices, encrypted connections, and every board change kept on record.
